When I think of a yellow Sundress, I think of a picnic on a hot summer
day in the park. I think of a family barbecue with hot dogs and hamburgers,
watermelon and sweet cherries. I think of the sun scintillating through the trees
and my sweet little Addie running around trying to catch a butterfly. The infamous beetles
song "Here come the sun" is playing in the background and all
is right with the world.
So when I came across this dress pattern, I immediately imagined her in
this beautiful sundress. I found this adorable spring yellow fabric with bright red cherries,
I was elated and couldn't wait to start. When I see something i like or that I want to replicate,
I tend to have this narrow laser vision and I can't focus on
anything else until I complete it.

We were at Liam's Baseball game , the air was breezy and the sun was setting.
It was perfect. We won that game and the kids were so excited. we celebrated
with an ice cream from McDonalds.
These pictures don't give it the justice, I know but they are the only pictures
I have at the moment. Someday I'll have to capture her in it running around.
I love sewing for both my girls, and Its such a treat to see them wearing
something that I created. It melts my momma heart.
